Baby Blake is back in the studio for his sitter session, and this sweet little guy brought the biggest smile and plenty of fun!

Baby Blake is back in the studio, and somehow he's even cuter than the last time I saw him!

It's always so much fun watching babies grow from one session to the next, and Blake's sitter session was no exception. He has the sweetest little smile and the happiest disposition, which made photographing him an absolute joy.

We had so much fun during his session, and Blake was more than happy to explore everything around him. He especially loved playing with all of the little props we used throughout his portraits. Watching him interact with his surroundings gave us so many adorable expressions and moments to capture.

Why Sitter Sessions Are So Special

The sitter stage is one of my favorite times to photograph babies. They're becoming more independent, their personalities are really starting to show, and they're discovering the world around them.

They can sit up on their own, but they're still very much in that adorable baby stage. Those chubby cheeks, sweet smiles, curious expressions, and little personalities make this a wonderful milestone to preserve.

And Blake certainly gave us plenty of personality!

Capturing Your Baby's Personality

One of the best things about baby photography in Peoria, IL is being able to capture more than just what your baby looks like. I want their photographs to show who they are at each stage.

For Blake, that meant capturing his sweet smile, his gentle personality, and the fun he was having while exploring the different props. These little details may seem simple right now, but they're the things you'll remember most as he gets older.

Babies change so quickly during their first year. Before you know it, the little expressions and mannerisms you know so well today will be completely different.

That's why milestone sessions are so important.

From Sitter Session to 9 Months

The best part? This isn't the last time I'll be seeing Blake!

I'll get to see this handsome little guy again for his 9-month milestone session in just a few months, and I can't wait to see how much he has grown and changed by then.

It's amazing how different a baby can look after only a few months. Every session gives us another snapshot of their first year and another opportunity to preserve the little details that make this stage so special.

Blake's sitter session was so much fun, and I'm already looking forward to seeing him again.
